Staff estimated the work will occur from mid‑July to mid‑August and will treat about 15 miles of newly reconstructed streets. Council member Butler moved to adopt the resolution; Geisler seconded and the motion carried.
Council discussion was brief and focused on scheduling and the contractor selection; staff answered questions about past experience with the vendor and the product’s benefits for pavement life. Procurement documents and the contract will include project timing and payment terms.
