In her remarks Coe alleged selective enforcement of zoning rules, described a past Fourth of July fireworks incident at Antonio’s residence that she said resulted in the fire marshal confiscating illegal fireworks, and referenced social-media allegations of illegal activity that she said had not led to formal action. Coe characterized these issues as evidence of preferential treatment and asked the board to censure Antonio for violating decorum and for discriminatory responses by the board to public commenters.
Board members did not act on the request during the meeting; Coe said her remarks would be posted on social media later.
