County Attorney Mark Voss said he had received documentation late in the day and asked for postponement so the county could examine it and discuss outstanding concerns. Attorney Bruce Acey, representing the applicant and operators including Brianna Elliott and Brianna's listed businesses, said the applicant provided a comprehensive document addressing the commission's concerns and requested two weeks for review; he also indicated the material may be expanded to cover annual permits in addition to the three seasonal permits. The clerk read the three items into the record before the vote.
A motion to postpone the three items was made and seconded; a roll-call vote approved the postponement. The clerk read the items as: item 17 (Jurassic Fireworks seasonal permit at 201 I‑25 Service Road Building A), item 18 (seasonal permit for Artillery World Fireworks Building B), and item 19 (seasonal permit for Artillery World Fireworks Building C).
