Playground contract for North Lehi Creek Park The commission approved an agreement with Great Western Installation to provide and install playground equipment at North Lehi Creek Park in the amount of $201,221.53. County staff said the project is funded in part by 6P funds and an additional grant, and replaces older timber playground equipment. Motion carried on roll call.
Resolution proclaiming March 2025 as American Red Cross Month The commission adopted a resolution proclaiming March 2025 as American Red Cross Month. Janet Lewis, executive director of the Wyoming Chapter of the American Red Cross, presented the proclamation. Commissioners thanked the Red Cross for disaster relief work. Motion carried on roll call.
Liquor license fees for fiscal year 2025–26 The commission approved the proposed liquor license fees for July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, with no changes from the prior year and no new license categories added. Staff said there remain five licenses constrained by the five-mile rule. Motion carried on roll call.
Appointment to Laramie County Community Juvenile Services Joint Powers Board Commissioner Heath moved to appoint Robert Pete as Laramie County’s representative to the Laramie County Community Juvenile Services Joint Powers Board to complete a three-year term expiring June 30, 2027; the motion carried on roll call.
