Commission approves Eberly RV stalls site plan with ownership condition after heated public hearing

The Laramie County Board of Commissioners approved Feb. 18 a site plan allowing three full-service RV stalls and one owner-use RV stall at 3552 County Road 212 (Track 40, Triple Crown Estates) and attached a condition that the approval is contingent on ownership remaining with the Everly family; a sale or deed change would require a new site-plan approval.
Justin Arnold, Laramie County Planning and Development, presented the staff report and said the project is a use by right in the applicable land-use district and that staff found the application met relevant site-plan and land-use criteria. "Based on evidence provided, staff finds that a, this application meets the criteria for section 22133 governing site plans and b, this application meets the criteria for section 42114 governing the land use zone district," Arnold said.
