The Board of County Commissioners on Feb. 18 approved a corrective motion to attach Planned Unit Development (PUD) rules as Exhibit B to a previously adopted resolution (March 19, 2024) that approved a zone change to PUD for Tracks 1'4 Terry Ranch Business Park and Lot 1, Block 1 Terry Park.
Justin Arnold, Laramie County Planning, said the PUD documents were omitted from the original resolution exhibit and a second motion was necessary to correct the oversight. Arnold said staff found the application met the county's land-use criteria for a zone-map amendment and recommended approval with no conditions.
The commission moved and seconded the corrective action and adopted the amended record by roll call vote.
Ending: The published resolution for the 2024 zone change will be updated to include the PUD rules as Exhibit B, reflecting the board's original intent and staff findings of conformance.
