Board approves bills for payment amid questions about settlements, legal fees

The motion to approve bills for payment passed with five yes votes and four no votes; the roll-call recorded votes included Miss Smith and Miss Donahue among the yes votes and Doctor Baldino, Mister Cannon and Miss Lynch among the no votes.
