Rapp also noted a prior‑year reconciliation obligation for the 2023‑24 school year totaling $232,992, which is the amount Council Rock expects to pay next year to reconcile prior estimates. The district’s share of MBIT lease rental debt fell slightly to $466,334 from $468,509 the prior year.
