Staff said buses acquired through grants may be used to replace older units as appropriate rather than only add to fleet size.
Staff described rider pricing options: a punch card of 10 rides for $20 or discounted pricing for advanced purchases; on-demand same-day rides are priced higher. No grant awards or purchases were finalized during the meeting; staff will pursue federal/state grant applications and report outcomes to the commission.
