West Windsor council adopts traffic ordinance and passes consent agenda including contracts and emergency temporary appropriations

The council also approved change order No. 1 for Earl Asphalt Inc. increasing the Southfield/Southpost sewer capacity improvement project by $389,101.65 (revised contract total $5,113,047.43) and accepted a final decrease of $75,657.50 for the D&R Canal Interceptor sewer repairs (revised total $787,242.50).
In a separate roll-call vote the council approved Resolution 2025-R099, authorizing second-quarter 2025 emergency temporary appropriations in the amount of $15,171,163.75, which requires a two-thirds majority. The clerk recorded roll-call "Yes" votes across the membership for both the consent motion and the R099 emergency appropriation vote.
