Organizers said more than 3,200 athletes from 98 countries competed, with 38 world records and 120 championship records set, and that more than 300 local volunteers logged roughly 7,940 hours supporting the eight‑day meet. "We promised, we delivered what we promised and much, much more," Steven Rodriguez of Rad Sports told the Board of County Commissioners.
