Members asked staff to include a conditions assessment summary, a short summary or warrant statement for the CPC grant application rather than the full application, updated lot-availability data and the DPM priorities. Committee members said they wanted the appendix materials and the stone-wall condition assessment summarized to make the plan easier for future readers to use without locating several lengthy external documents.
No vote was taken; the committee agreed to postpone the agenda item so that the missing summaries and appendices could be completed and circulated prior to formal approval at a later meeting.
