Concord Planning Board continues subdivision hearing to April 29, approves March 4 minutes

The Town of Concord Planning Board on March 25 voted to continue a scheduled definitive subdivision public hearing to April 29, 2025, and later approved minutes from its March 4 meeting.
The continuance was moved by a board member during the opening agenda item. "I move that we, continue the application without discussion to the 04/29/2025 at 10AM at 7PM," the board member said. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
Board members returned at the end of the meeting to approve the March 4 minutes. A motion to approve the minutes "as written" was made, seconded and carried unanimously.
The board did not take other formal action on the subdivision at this meeting; the continuance was described as requested by the applicant and was handled without further discussion. The next scheduled Planning Board meeting will include the continued hearing on April 29, 2025.
The meeting also included extended discussion and presentation reviews on several warrant articles slated for the upcoming Annual Town Meeting.
