Jackson said he was not opposed to Newbury Court’s expansion but asked for assurances that any development would fit the existing neighborhood’s scale.
Town staff and board members reminded the public that the petition will be heard at an April 9 Planning Board hearing and that the Select Board is not scheduled to take action on the article that night. The Town Manager also described the usual hearing process that allows proponents to refine presentations after public comment.
