The Dickinson City Commission approved gaming-site authorizations on April 15 for Dickinson Youth Activities at seven Dickinson establishments and a separate authorization for Dickinson Eagles Area 2328 for the 2025–26 license year, effective July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
Dickinson Youth Activities authorized locations and permitted device/raffle types (as stated to the commission): Spur Bar (1306 W. Follard) — electronic pull-tab devices, sports pools, pull-tab jars, dispensing devices, 21 raffles and Calcuttas; Neighbors Bar (745 State Ave) — electronic pull-tab devices, pull-tab jars and dispensing devices, and 21 raffles; Grand Dakota Lodge (532 15th St. W) — electronic pull-tabs, pull-tab jars, 21 raffles, Calcuttas, and paddle-wheel table; Elks Lodge (501 Elks Drive) — electronic pull-tabs, raffles, dispensing devices and 21 raffles; Maverick Saloon (196 Museum Drive) — electronic pull-tabs, pull-tab jars and 21 raffles; The Rock (113 First St. W) — bingo, raffles, pull-tab jars, electronic devices, sports pools, 21 Calcuttas and paddle-wheel tables; Buffalo Wild Wings (3545 W Ridge Dr.) — electronic pull-tab devices.
Separately, Dickinson Eagles (31 First Avenue E) was authorized for bingos, raffles, pull-tab jars and dispensing devices, electronic pull-tab devices, prize board dispensing devices, sports pools, 21 raffles and Calcuttas.
City staff reviewed applications and recommended approval. Commissioners voted unanimously among those present to approve the authorizations.
Ending: City staff will notify applicants and implement licenses effective July 1, 2025.
