The council adopted Ordinance 03-25, prohibiting parking at all times on the west side of Third Avenue, and Ordinance 04-25, which amends the city code provisions governing seasonal storage lockers, bathhouses and cabanas by requiring seasonal renters to indemnify the city and by prohibiting subleasing. Both ordinances were at their second and final reading and were adopted after council opened and closed public hearings with no members of the public speaking on either item.
