Councilor Georgina moved to adopt the Planning and Zoning consent recommendation; the motion was seconded and passed with four votes in favor and no opposition.
The council action incorporates Planning and Zoning’s condition that the golf course install van-accessible, Americans with Disabilities Act–compliant parking, totaling three ADA spaces. The Planning and Zoning Commission previously approved the petition 5-0 on March 27, 2025.
Addresses listed in the petition included 2220 Dustin Avenue and 607 and 609 East 30th Street. The rezoning covers approximately 48.95 acres.
