- Lease: Resolution authorizing a one-year lease with Adam Oliver for office space on the first floor of the Washington Theater at $1,000 per month. Resolution adopted (roll call recorded: 13 ayes, 0 nays when roll called).
- Emergency repairs: Invoice of $116,130.89 to Rees Construction Company for emergency repairs to the South Quincy Lift Station (adopted by roll call).
- Chemicals and water treatment supplies: Multiple low bids and invoices to purchase water treatment chemicals and equipment (sodium permanganate, chlorine injectors, maintenance and calibration contracts) were approved by roll call; the committee recommended and council adopted the resolutions (roll calls documented as unanimous or near-unanimous depending on item).
