The application was filed by Michael Grama on behalf of Irina Maldonova and sought a special permit under the Town of Concord Zoning Bylaw Sections 4.2.2.2 and 11.6 for a detached additional dwelling unit. The board had previously denied the application and reviewed the written opinion from Town Counsel at the Feb. 13 meeting.
Member Elizabeth Dwyer Lannett said she had read the draft decision and was “fine with it.” A motion to accept the decision as reflected in the opinion provided by Town Counsel was made and carried on a voice vote; Members Tom Swain, Elizabeth Dwyer Lannett and the chair voted yes.
With the board's acceptance of the written decision, the board closed its action on this agenda item for the evening.
