The applicant requested the hearing be continued without discussion; the board granted that request.
Member Elizabeth Dwyer Lannett moved to continue the hearing, saying, “I move that we continue the meeting that you described.” The motion was seconded and carried on a voice vote with members Elizabeth Dwyer Lannett, Steven Niebold and the chair all responding in the affirmative.
Board members and staff noted they received additional materials from the applicant that day. The board confirmed the Feb. 27 hearing will again address the Forest Ridge Road application and will convene at 7 p.m. at Kays Road.
