At the Jan. 27 meeting, the advisory board nominated a subcommittee made up of John, Mark, Peter, Scott, Linda and one additional member (the chair described it as "myself"), with staff support. A motion to form the subcommittee was moved and seconded and approved in a roll-call vote recorded by staff; members recorded as voting in the affirmative during the roll call included Linda, Peter, Elizabeth, Dan and Lee.
Why it matters: selection committee membership determines who will have confidential access to proposal materials during the evaluation period. Shannon and Megan told the board the town received six proposals for the planning market analysis and that four appeared initially to contain all required elements.
