CRA project manager Christopher Cressido told the board the association proposed a new concrete tile roof and paint and stucco repairs, and that the property is well maintained and contributes positively to the Broad Walk corridor and beachfront streetscape. The board viewed the work as consistent with ongoing beach CRA priorities to maintain and enhance existing properties that front the Broad Walk.
Board members approved the grant without objection and asked staff to proceed with the standard grant agreement and construction monitoring.
