Second quarter budget reforecast (FY 2024–25): Finance Director Kenneth Grant presented the second‑quarter reforecast. Staff reported around $1 million of additional revenues identified since the original budget (parking fee increases, new grants and other sources) and roughly $600,000 of additional expenditures; net adjustments improved the city’s projected position versus the original budget. The commission approved the reforecast as presented with a roll call vote.
All three items passed by roll call vote. Staff will proceed with implementation steps: record rezoning approvals, execute the Placer contract amendment and continue implementation of the reforecast with departmental adjustments included in the updated fiscal plan.
