The board adopted a resolution approving subdivision application PCC-25-28658 for a property on Poplar Avenue and 200th Street that will be split into two 5-acre lots, with right-of-way dedications along 200th Street and Poplar Avenue and a conservation easement running across both lots. Planning staff told the board that Lot 1 has a newly permitted well and septic and that Lot 2 must meet health department rules when it develops. Staff reported a projected 120 vehicle trips per day from the subdivision, below the road system limit of 400 vehicles per day. The Johnson County Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval by a 5-2-0 vote; county staff recommended approval and the board adopted the resolution 4-0 after a brief public hearing.
