The master plan will fund a consultant-led effort for “extensive research and data collection” that staff said will include community surveys, member engagement workshops, stakeholder meetings and evaluation of existing facilities and programs. “We’re gonna be proposing extensive research and, data collection that'll include a lot of community surveys, member engagement workshops, stakeholder meetings, programs, and services,” Capital Projects Manager Dave Johnson said.
