Council approves Arcadis agreement to manage wastewater plant projects

Account manager (presenter) said Arcadis will provide multiple staff, including two regular contacts (Steven and Matt) and an engineer assigned specifically to the North-plant development. The council approved the contract at a cost not to exceed $123,553.
