Both motions were seconded and passed unanimously.
Town staff said the separate votes make the record consistent with how the original agreements were handled in November. The maintenance agreement amendment references the Carefree Quarter Association, an Arizona nonprofit corporation, as a party to the maintenance provisions.
The council did not record extended debate on either resolution; both were approved by voice vote.
