The agency approved the recognition agreement (quoted in the meeting as resolution "20 20 five‑two 0 8") on a roll call in which all commissioners voted yes. Later in the meeting the agency approved a subproject allocation form for Bass Pro Shops (noted orally as resolution "20 20 five‑two‑nine"); staff said that subproject form is attached to the master redevelopment agreement and provides information required when the redeveloper develops a subproject.
The agency also authorized payment of its bills. The chair read the bill total as roughly $50,004.20, with separate escrow amounts discussed and recorded in the bill list. Commissioners moved and seconded the payment motion and approved it by roll call.
