Sayreville zoning board confirms 2025 officers and professionals, approves memorializations and minutes

The Sayreville Zoning Board of Adjustment on Jan. 22, 2025 conducted its annual organizational votes and approved routine business items.
The board confirmed Ron Green as chairman and Tom Krasinski as vice chairman for 2025. The board also appointed Alex Fisher as the zoning board attorney, CME (Jay Cornell) as board engineer, Michael Fowler as board planner and Joan Kimball as reporting secretary. Each nomination was put to a roll-call vote and approved by the members present.
During the meeting the board also approved two memorialization resolutions (one referencing 359 Washington Road) and accepted the annual report and minutes from prior meetings. The board indicated it will finalize memorialization language at the next meeting in February.
