Watson Inc. - Proclamations: Peace Officers Memorial Day / Police Week (2025‑05) and Historic Preservation Month (2025‑06). - Minutes: Approval of April 1, 2025 town council meeting minutes.
Other procedural and action items: council moved to continue the Brickyard Urban Renewal Plan hearing (Resolution 2025‑19) to the May 20, 2025 meeting. Council also approved by separate roll call: Crowfoot Valley construction contract (Resolution 2025‑51); Alfred Benish construction services (Resolution 2025‑52); second amendment to Dominion wheeling agreement (Resolution 2025‑53); WISE DIA invoice payment (Resolution 2025‑54). All of these measures were approved by unanimous roll call except for ADU direction (see separate article) and the Brickyard continuance (approved unanimously).
