Consent and contract changes - Consent Item 5f: Approval of change order for Magnet drainage improvements to connect roof drains to the system; change order increases contract by $5,860 plus fees and sales tax; funding from Capital Projects Fund. Motion made and seconded; approved by voice vote. - Consent Item 5g: Authorization to purchase new asphalt recycler for Street Operations using GSA cooperative contract at $199,670 plus taxes and fees; funding from Highway User Revenue Fund. Ordinances and notices - Ordinance No. 1972 (stormwater basin ownership and maintenance): Council adopted an ordinance requiring developers to dedicate drainage basins to homeowners associations for ownership/maintenance or retain ownership and record perpetual maintenance easements; city may accept regional facilities with council approval.
