Steve Collins, president of the COC, and Angela from the clubs office said the purpose of the template is to put every club's rules in a consistent order so COC members and staff can review them more easily. Collins said clubs should transfer their approved rules into the template and that clubs may consult their assigned COC members for help.
A number of clubs raised operational and safety concerns. Clyde Dorn, president of the Spanish Club, reported persistent internet outages in the Fairway Rec Center classroom that affect language instruction and said he had placed a budget request for repairs.
