The Lake Havasu City Council took the following formal actions at its March 25, 2025 meeting.
• Consent agenda (minus item 5.5): Council approved the consent agenda 6–0 after Council Member Moses moved and Council Member Diaz seconded the motion.
• Amendment No. 1 to master professional services agreement (CNS Engineers Inc.): Council authorized the city manager to execute the one-year extension to the May 2022 master agreement (motion by Jim Dolan, second Nancy Campbell). Motion carries 6–0.
• Class B bingo license (VFW Post 9401 at 2666 London Bridge Road): Council recommended that the Arizona Department of Revenue approve a Class B bingo license for VFW Post 9401 (motion by Nancy Campbell, second Jim Dolan). Motion carries 6–0.
• Series 12 restaurant liquor license (Los Chiquis, 161 Swanson Avenue, Unit C): Council recommended that the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control approve a Series 12 restaurant liquor license for Los Chiquis (motion by David Diaz, second Jim Dolan). Motion carries 6–0.
• Ordinance 25-1357 (Procurement code amendments): Council voted 6–0 to introduce the ordinance amending procurement thresholds and definitions; staff will return with reporting options before final adoption (motion by Jim Dolan, second David Diaz).
• Ordinance 25-1358 (Municipal court enhancement fee schedule): Council voted 6–0 to introduce an ordinance amending the municipal court fee schedule to align the local court enhancement fee with recent statutory changes; the item was introduced for first reading (motion by Jim Dolan, second Nancy Campbell).
