The Senior Citizen Advisory Commission approved its agenda and four consent-agenda items — meeting minutes from April 11, 2024; June 13, 2024 (special meeting); July 11, 2024; and Oct. 10, 2024 — by roll call vote recorded as 5-0.
Following reports and discussion the commission conducted officer elections. Commissioners nominated Denise D'aniello to continue as chair; she accepted. Commissioners nominated Carol to serve as vice chair; she accepted. Commissioners also reviewed the chair’s duties and confirmed officers for the coming term.
The roll call vote on the consent agenda was recorded as five-to-zero in favor; officer nominations were accepted by the nominees and recorded during the meeting. The commission noted quorum issues in past months but approved the outstanding minutes now that a quorum was present.
