Ada County Highway District project staff updated residents at the City of Eagle’s March 31 town hall on the downtown mobility project at Eagle Road and Plaza Drive. ACHD project manager Cody Homan said crews completed phase 1 and work on phase 2 will continue through the rest of 2025, which prevents use of a new right-turn lane on the south leg until the second phase is finished.
