Councilmember (name not specified) moved to approve the amendment and authorize the mayor to sign. The motion carried on an affirmative vote. Councilmembers said the amendment will be funded in part from an existing $100,000 project budget, with $20,000 applied to the engineering amendment now. Staff said completing engineering will strengthen future grant applications.
