Eagle — The City Council approved a requested modification to the Molinari Park preliminary Planned Unit Development (PPUD-218 Mod 2) and the site-specific Development Agreement changes (PPUD-218 DA Mod 2) after a public hearing on Feb. 20.
Applicant John King presented a revised site plan that keeps the previously approved building orientations and unit mix but relocates several covered shade structures (trellises), increases the number of covered residential parking stalls on site and reconfigures internal circulation to reduce dead-end aisles. The revised layout also moves a consolidated trash enclosure closer to a residential building for more practical service access.
