Bell County approves multiple plats, interlocal agreements and Waste Management financing; public hearing set on proposed ESD

Bell County Commissioners Court on April 7 approved a set of routine and substantive items including multiple subdivision plats and replats, interlocal agreements delegating subdivision-approval authority for two cities’ extraterritorial jurisdictions, an order connected with Waste Management Inc.’s proposed tax-exempt bond financing, and a public hearing date on a petition to form Bell County Emergency Services District No. 3.
