On Couch Creek Reservoir, staff shared photographs taken Jan. 23, 2025, and said the reservoir was "approximately half full," reporting the reservoir had about 8.5 billion gallons and that roughly 7.5 billion gallons remained to fill to capacity, per staff statements during the presentation.
