Enterprise Fleet Management representatives on March 25 presented a proposal to the Boyle County Fiscal Court to take over management, financing and resale of the county’s light-duty vehicle fleet.
The presentation, led by account executive Caitlin Hayden of Enterprise and client strategy manager Joe Yee, described an “open-ended equity lease” approach, manufacturer orders to avoid dealer markups, centralized maintenance and a vehicle-resale program the presenters said had produced stronger equity returns for other Kentucky governments.
