The commission approved a motion authorizing the state's attorney to send the final notice and directed the road department to remove fence material if the owner did not comply by May 1. Road staff were asked to keep detailed records of manpower and equipment hours so the county can bill the landowner for removal costs. Commissioners left a degree of operational discretion (for example to accommodate blizzard conditions) but made clear they expected the compliance deadline to be enforced absent significant weather delays.
No new ordinance was created; the action authorizes enforcement consistent with existing county authority to clear obstructions from section-line right-of-way.
