DRCOG staff outline regional heat-pump incentive design and energy‑advising service after RFP closes

"We are all sitting here anxiously awaiting those proposals and ready to dive into scoring," Mac Prather, program manager for incentives, energy advising and low‑income retrofit programs, told the committee.
