Midland County Commissioners Court on Tuesday approved a reimbursement agreement with Energy Transfer for work related to the County Road 1250 project and a package of routine contracts, budget transfers and staffing adjustments.
The court authorized the county judge to sign a reimbursement agreement with Energy Transfer for work connected to the County Road 1250 project. Commissioners also approved a contract with Danny’s Asphalt Paving for 2025 pothole repairs and authorized a work order for the 2026 maintenance seal-coat project design with WTC.
County finance staff presented several line-item transfers to close fiscal year 2024 and to reallocate funds for current-year needs; the court approved those transfers. The court also approved the regular bills and two wire-transfer corrections the county treasurer identified as deposits made in error.
On staffing and facilities, the court approved the PBLEA scope of work at the new Law Enforcement Building (LEB) to add secure access on two gym doors and approved multiple personnel actions described in separate agenda items (see related articles). The…
