Rogers named the applicants as Connie Kremmich (NorCorps coalition), Gabby Swisher (PacificSource behavioral health coordinator), Jody Teeple (community member) and Ryan Beach (trial court administrator, Seventh Judicial District). Rogers said the appointments add “diversity of input” from community partners and that the council is one of the most active venues for public‑safety policy in the county.
A commissioner moved and seconded orders 25‑02‑04 through 25‑02‑07 to appoint Connie Kremmich, Gabby Swisher, Jody Teeple and Ryan Beach to LPSCC at‑large positions; the motion passed unanimously. Commissioners and attendees praised council productivity and the value of including community voices on the council.
The appointees will serve as voting members of the LPSCC; staff indicated the appointments fill an at‑large citizen seat and broaden the council’s stakeholder representation. No subsequent policy changes were made at the meeting.
