The consent agenda included ratification of a revised prequalification application for an Oregon Broadband Office grant; approval of payroll for March 11, 2025; adoption of Order No. 9-2025 amending Columbia County policy to comply with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act; and Resolution No. 10-2025 assessing nuisance abatement costs for a property on Cannon Road in Rainier. The board also approved an order exempting a personal services contract for engineering and construction management services from the county's personal service contracting selection procedure (Order No. 67-2023) and extended a prior contract period to December 13, 2023 for a contractor listed in the packet.
In a separate motion the commissioners approved a set of agreements and contract amendments, including amendment 11 to a public service contract (C156-2019-1) for commissary services at the Columbia County Jail, the 17th amendment to an intergovernmental agreement with the Oregon Health Authority for public health financing (C73-2023-17), a public services contract with Securus Technologies for inmate phone services (C28-2025), and a GASB 75 actuary services agreement with CIS (C30-2025). The motions carried with verbal approval from the board.
