Sandra proposed using $25,000 of 2024 overage/reserve funds to fully cover the purchase and to use $22,988.45 from the previously approved 2024 budget allocation.
Commissioners asked about customer contact procedures for the front counter when staff move off the counter; Sandra said the office will install a camera and retain a service bell and monitoring to ensure customers are served. The board did not take a final vote in the study session; Sandra said she will present the item for approval on the action agenda.
