Consent agenda items approved included: release of unity of title for lots 140 and 141 at 6199 100th Eighth Avenue North (C1); final plat approval for Yale Moss Industrial Center at 12399 Belcher Road South (C2); authorization for a first amendment to a lease for Derek Twardorski at Mayor’s Park at Freedom Lake (C3); acceptance of a utility easement from HP Capital Group 5, LLC at 421070 Eighth Avenue North (C4); authorization for the Mayor to sign a reclaimed water purchase agreement with Pinellas County (C5); authorization to sign an agreement with Public Trust Advisors LLC for investment advisor services (C6); purchases under Sourcewell contracts for vehicles and equipment (C8–C10); and other routine consent items. Item C7 was moved to R1 for separate consideration.
