- Approved an over-encumbrance (Orders exceeding APO25-O5905) of $3,000 encumbered on 03/24/25 for P & K Equipment, with an amount exceeded of $195.92. Motion carried.
- Acknowledged removal of Megan Chartier and addition of Michelle Wise as receiving officer for the County Clerk's Office. Motion carried.
- Approved an agreement for county-sponsored CDL training for a Rogers County District 1 employee, Joshua Driscoll, with a two-year service commitment after training. Motion carried.
- Approved payment of purchase orders from all departments (Resolution 2025-132). Motion carried.
Votes and roll-call notes: many motions were carried by recorded "aye" votes from commissioners during roll calls. Where commissioners' names were spoken on the record, they included K. Delosier (also recorded as Delosier), Steve Hendricks (recorded as Hendricks), Perez (recorded variously as Perez/Perris), Burrows and President Harris. Bids for the trash-off event were identical on price; TriStar was selected based on availability and prior performance. The facility expansion bids were rebid after required documentation was missing and the project underwent value engineering.
