The consent package included two letters of support: one for a joint Port of Port Angeles and Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe waterfront project that staff said would help restore protection around a tribal sacred village, and a second letter supporting Sargent Veterans Support (Northern Regional Veterans Housing Network) for a congressional-directed funding application.
