Saratoga County supervisors approve fire training center amendment, sheriff’s Nutanix purchases and accept PSAP grant

The Saratoga County Board of Supervisors at a regular meeting in Saratoga County approved a $22,000 amendment to the contract for the county’s Fire Training Center, authorized purchases and an installation contract related to Nutanix software for the Sheriff’s Office, and accepted a state PSAP grant covering emergency communications operating costs for 2025.

The actions also included two proclamations: Public Safety Telecommunicators Week (April 13–19, 2025) and National Correctional Officers and Employees Week (May 4–10, 2025). The board additionally recognized the county 9-1-1 center for receiving a five-year state accreditation.

The board voted on a contract amendment with CPL Architects, Engineers, Landscape Architects, and Surveyors DPC to expand the firm’s scope on the Fire Training Center project.
